i'm portia! =D

Well auditions for Cinderella at my co-op are over, and the casting is done. I got the role of Portia, one of the stepsisters, which is a role that I've been wanting for several years =D And my friend Rose got the part of the other stepsister, so that's just gonna be awesome. As for the theater group's musical revue, we had our opening night last Saturday and it went extremely well, apart from a few little technical hiccups that the audience didn't even notice. My only problem was that I didn't really feel like I was a part of it at all. I didn't get the adrenaline rush I usually get on opening night of a show, I basically sat backstage for eighty percent of the show... I mean, I know I had a chance to be in a couple numbers, but I had good reasons for declining - for one thing, I reeeeeally didn't want to look like a complete idiot in front of lots of people, and for another thing, I didn't audition and I didn't want people thinking that I had gotten in simply because my mom was on the board. I plan to at least audition for their next show, though.

Started my job at the YMCA last Wednesday. I worked two days and it went pretty well - didn't do too much, mostly just sat and watched, learned how the computer systems worked. I also had to answer the phone a few times which I friggin HATE....It's weird, I just have this bizarre phobia of answering the phone, even at home. Odd.

Ohhhhhhmigoshness, Deathly Hallows Part One premiere is NEXT. FLIPPIN. MONTH. *goes into major spazz attack* The paramedics are gonna have to haul me out within like ten minutes.... Does anybody know what part of the story they're gonna end the first movie at? Not that it matters, no matter where it ends it's still gonna be humanly impossible for me to last until Part 2 comes out.... I SWEAR, IF THEY MESS UP RON AND HERMIONE'S KISS, I SHALL DISEMBOWEL THEM. I MEAN IT.
