My family relies on two sources to rent movies. First of all, the libraries we go to. But their selections are rather limited, and usually only include movies that have been big hits (we like obscure films in my house, okay?). Second, places like Blockbuster and Hollywood Video. Only problem is, EVERY SINGLE ONE of these movie rental facilities (excluding the libraries) has gone or is going out of business. Because ****ing Netflix is KILLING 'em.
"Why don't you join Netflix?" I hear you asking. For starters, if you rent a DVD from them, it costs about seventeen dollars. WHAT? Also, for that price, you can only rent up to three movies at a time. And that's the best plan they have. For the cheaper plan, you can order a whopping two DVDs per month for five bucks, but you can only get one at a time. Again, WHAT? Plus, it's kind've retarded to have to wait for your rented movie to arrive in the mail.
"Okay," you're probably saying, "So get Netflix's internet video streaming." Well, that costs money too. And some of us don't have very good computers. My family's computer isn't exactly top-quality technology, and its video-playing capabilities (with all due respect, Kyle) SUCK. We can't afford the last video software. And downloading all those plug-ins that slightly enhance the quality? Pain in the ***. It takes FOREVER and it clutters up our hard drive (this is a family with three writers and one teacher. We need our hard drive space) and just generally messes with our computer. Which is rather annoying.

In short, Netflix makes me feel like this:
Okay, I feel a bit better now. Thank you for letting me waste your time.
